A large number of products featured on our website are made to order. All payments for personalized goods must be taken in advance of production due to the bespoke nature of the products. Please note that made to order and personalized products cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing fault.

Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or make any amendments to personalization. Placing an order is confirmation that the customer accepts full liability that the information provided is correct. Due to the nature of personalized goods we cannot offer a refund for personalization mistakes for data entered incorrectly by the customer.

Memory Lane Print Centre holds no guarantee that goods or services advertised or offered for sale will be available when ordered or thereafter.

Memory Lane Print Centre reserves the right to cancel or refuse to provide a product or service to any customer.

Memory Lane Print Centre reserves the right to use the photos of any of our products, designed and/or created by Memory Lane Print Centre, whether personalized or not, on our website, promotions, advertising, social media platforms, and so forth.

Any missing items due to incorrect delivery addresses cannot be refunded, and may be replaced at the expense of the client.

How long do orders take?

Orders usually take 10 – 25 working days to complete, after the proof of payment receipt is received. It also depends on what you’ve ordered. Please ask if needed to know. There is a chance it may be slightly longer at very busy times of the year. If you need your item more urgently, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Would I see my artwork design before my order is completed?

Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed (payment receipt received), your artwork will be processed and emailed/ whatsapp to you for your review and approval before we complete your order.

What are your payment options?

Direct Bank Deposit

These options are available for your selection at check-out. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the name on the order and a screen shot or photo of your bank receipt as proof of payment. This information is necessary to confirm your order and to begin processing of same.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver all over South Africa!

Delivery is available via delivery at your door or by Pudo.

COLLECTION

Orders can also be collected at our office/Shop in Lephalale. Once the order is ready for collection a member of our team will advise. If you have selected the option to collect, please do not proceed to the Office/Shop until advised that your order is ready.

Our delivery options are available as you click through the steps on the website to place your order.

Can I collect my items?

Absolutely! Collection is an option as well. You can collect your items at our office/shop  located at Lephalale, Trinidad at no additional cost.

This option can also be selected at the time of check out. Once your order is ready for collection you will be contacted.

If you are not happy with your order please reach out to us at [email protected]. Since our items are individually customized and personalized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges, but we are committed to our customers and want to make sure that you are pleased with your product(s).
